By accessing your gallery and purchasing digital downloads or prints through Portrait House, you agree to the following terms:

All Sales Final. All purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a digital download has been accessed or an order has been placed.

Personal Use License. Images purchased through your gallery are licensed for personal use only. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any image without written consent from Portrait House is prohibited.

Copyright. Portrait House retains full copyright of all images. We reserve the right to use any images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. If you prefer your images not be used, please notify us in writing.

Gallery Access. Gallery links are active for 60 days from the delivery date. Please download and save your images before the expiration date. Extensions may be available upon request.

Print Quality. Portrait House is not responsible for print quality when images are printed through third-party vendors. We recommend ordering prints directly through your gallery for best results.
